As a product designer on the Home Experience team, I designed the starting point of the platform. My focus was to define how Home connects the different services across Cisco Cloud Control and helps users move from understanding their environment to finding the right insight, service, or action.

Translating an ambiguous product vision into a concrete user flow
Cisco Cloud Control had a broad vision of connecting multiple services in one platform. I translated this vision into a user flow that defines how users enter Home, understand their environment, identify what needs attention, and move into the right service or workflow.

Validating real user needs through early research
Validating real user needs through early research

I translated these insights into a Home Experience that connects incidents with their impact, related services, network relationships, AI recommendations, and next steps.
